"I would like to report on our experience as a family at the Mac Donalds S-Bahn station Ostkreuz. Unfortunately, the service staff on Saturday 01.01.2022 was unfriendly and somewhat disrespectful to my family. Immediately at the entrance they asked in an unfriendly way about our vaccinations and didn't know how to organize a table to eat on site. The worst of all was that the staff rejected my request for tap water for my child under 2 years, which speaks directly for the quality of the people in this accommodation."

Unfortunately, the service staff on Saturday 01.01.2022 was unfriendly and somewhat respectful for my family at 14 o'clock. immediately at the entrance they asked about our inoculations on unfriendly wise and did not know how to organize us a table before place. the worst was that the personal question for water for my child under 2 years distracted, which speaks directly for the quality of people in this accommodation.
