Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

I recently picked up a drive-thru order at 4:49 pm on 02/10/17. I had an order that was over $20. The order included 2 McDoubles, with no mustard. Those items were missing when I got home, approximately 15-20 minutes later. My husband took the receipt and went back to get the missing items. He was back at the McDonalds at about 5:25. The crew member handed him the 2 Mcdoubles (remember this was a special order, with no mustard), which had been sitting there since I had ordered them. They were cold, but my husband chose not to confront them anymore and simply came home. We like McDonalds, and go there occasionally, but we will not go there anymore. This has happened to us more than once. We understand mistakes, but when they can't even replace the order with a fresh burger after almost 1/2 hour.............REALLY???

Overall, this McDonald’s was very nice. It is certainly new and modern look, but relatively clean. The restaurant uses self-serve stations that take a long time to navigate, but allow you to make quite a lot of custom make your entire meal. It's not confusing, but it's much longer than just taking my order. Overall a good experience.
