Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

a simple hot latte ordered and got a mocha latte, got it after home took a drink and realized that it was chocolate. I am very allergic to chocolate. I called and the manager thanked me for my complaint said he would pass on the information and hang it up. no offer, money or even a voucher to uncouple. I'm going to this place almost every morning and now I don't think I'm going to be special, because you could get me into the sick house or worse. I don't want to hear a young one from the chief manager.

OMG I ordered a burger and didn't get the meat and what I did get was cold. My boyfriend got a burger and the onions were so big you couldn't even eat them and tough this place is a joke

if I could give it 0 out of 5, I would. worse service. always slow and eating is always cold. save time and go to the chippewa.
