Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

I’m a bit of a McDonald’s addict , so my review of this one is General as I eat from here at least once per week , the most irritating thing about using the drive thru or deliveroo or Uber eats , is its always missing items or wrong items , you literally never get the dips when it’s delivered and every time it’s missing something or wrong drinks , if a driver cancels the order and you have to wait for a new driver , you get delivered cold , stale and inedible food , once we was missing every portion of chips , from every meal , even the happy meal , at least sitting in you can check it at the counter before going to sit down .

Asked for a number of McPlants (vegan burger) but with real cheese and not vegan cheese as all of us are vegetarians but not vegan. We have ordered this all over the country with no problem. We were told you are notbgetting that here why? Apparently a vegan burger can not have regular cheese as that would be cross contamination. ??!! So they missed out an a big order, we went to Kings Lynn where they filled the order without a question

We used the drive through here a number of times during our weeks holiday and it was a very mixed experience A couple of times we had really long waits, which is unusual for McDonalds, however it appeared the girl inside was trying to cover a number of different places herself and was struggling to do so. Other times however it was fine and very slick, as you would expect.

Visited here for breakfast around 6:15 am with the expectation of sitting in for breakfast. All seating area randomly closed off with just a little area near the entrance for customers to sit. Ripped seats, food scattered over the floor and area in need of a damn good clean. Don’t bother with Ely McDonalds!

Stopped off on way to Holiday. Not the best start, chips sat on the side for at least 5 minutes before the rest of the order was put together. Fed up looking staff.
