McDonald's - Reservar uma mesa

a completely outdated staff.A new organization that forces you to sit down and wait for the order to arrive at your table. No way to wait at the counter.I registered my reservation at 12:38 at the terminal and was served at 1:05!! the young people who serve, do not find the tables and make three times the turn of the room before finding the customers. My fries and big mac have arrived warm.. back in the kitchen..Organization to review urgently.Ambiance tense in staff and customers.

It's the third time I'm taking a sandwich and it's very badly done the bottom is put to the reverse the same for a top. I can see it's done with no attention. The wait at the restaurant is long I live at 2min it’s cold tjr before I arrive at my place.Perso I will reflect twice before I return.
