McDonald's - Reservar uma mesa

That day, we were two seniors, a mother and small child, and a baby in a stroller. A warm summer's day, lunchtime, and we rolled-in just adding to the chaos inside. The place was swarming with customers: mostly families with children. Part of the problem is the interior design of this restaurant, where traffic seems to have to constantly cross over its tracks. The counter-staff were surly and shouting over the noise, children were tripping over themselves, and parents were staggering around with laden trays looking for a table - any table. I'm sure it's not like this all time there, but that was not a great experience. Prices are not cheap anymore at McDonald's. Makes you wonder !

I went with another couple today for a quick lunch the food was as expected it's McDonald's nothing new there food was hot and fresh. The disappointment was how dirty the inside was all garbages were over flowing 4 of the ones I saw. No lids for the pop cups no ketchup both spots no napkins well we got a couple that were left on the counter food all over the floor just a very disappointing place. I love to go get my coffee from McDonald's as they are usually clean tidy and friendly this place has the friendly but forgot the other parts.

There is always a problem at this location. Majority of it being incorrect order or rude staff. I have asked to speak to the manager and without saying the words told me that the staff are fine and that it must be me. I have written two letters and never heard anything back. Who even writes letters? I did, because of how frustrated I am. I have never been so disgusted at a company. Poor poor poor customer service.

I went through the drive thru got my meal. Burger was luke warm and fries were cold. I called and spoke to the manager. She apologized and said she would send me a coupon for another meal. It's been 6 weeks still haven't received it!!!!

Every time I come through drive through my order is wrong. Usually it a missing item that I was charged for like fries and I'm never given a receipt to prove that the order is wrong
