I frequent this McDonald?s for the free Wi-Fi and to charge my phone on my walk to and from the MARTA station. Employees are super nice and most are bilingual speaking English and Spanish. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the food. It?s usually super messy having too much of whatever condiment goes on what I ordered and if I order for more than one person the order is always missing something or wrong in some other way. Otherwise, great Mickey D?s. Always clean inside. The men?s bathroom could use more frequent touch-ups but that?s pretty standard fast food bathrooms in my experience.
Clean environment and inside the workers were easy going and got me in and out in a hurry. Fast turnaround time and i got the right order the first time. There is a few kiosk to order from if you prefer that way or you can order on the app or at the counter. I recommend getting the apl to get rewarded for eating at McDonald?s and also get deals on food or even free food. Restrooms in the back and the parking looks ok for this location. Like if this helped in any way ????????
I ordered food on the app and paid. Got to the window and they wanted me to pay again. Kept telling me that it was too cold and slamming the window in my face. I never got my food because I refuse to pay twice. This is ridiculous. Then had the audacity to tell me that because it's now after midnight that's why I need to pay twice. I said in line for well over 20 minutes for nothing.
Friendly, quick, and patient staff. They had a very long line in the drive thru and when I got to them I expected an annoyed employee, just because I know it?s not easy working late at night, but did not get that all. They were very kind and pleasant! Food was great as well. No issues!
