Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

I stopped paying. The lady who helped me was very nice. That's the best McDonald's I was on. It is clean, very well decorated, fast and above all the staff is friendly and helpful. They're bringing the good to the table. The drive thru corresponds to the speed accuracy. Staff are efficient, polite and accommodating for people with disabilities. I saw a worker unpacking and unpacking all food for a client with disabilities. I am so impressed by the place where I write a review that I rarely do. I recommend this place to everyone, even if you come by.

I was there this evening and the employee was frustrated when taking order. I didn’t get upset the wait was 16 minutes I didn’t get upset. I got to the window and the gentleman explained that he was the only employee there. He is receiving a 5 star from me because no matter how difficult the task was this evening he didn’t give up or quit! It’s ok to exercise GRACE because I’m sure a lot of us would not be able to run the drive through, the kitchen etc all alone. KUDDOS to him!

BEST Mcdonald is so far!! Ricardo the manager was very attentive and helpful, solved our smaller problem that we had and was very apologetic and professional, the staff was also great, the cleanest mcdonald's that I have seen for a long time, we will definitely be back! btw, food was exactly as we ordered it, thanks Ricardo

So I had problems that were ordered through the McDonald app. I called the customer service and they solved the problem and gave me a free meal. I want to give them 5 stars because they went beyond my expectations. That is why I would like to thank McDonald for your best customer service. I give them an A.

The staff is always friendly and the restaurant clean. I have to say that I was very impressed today when I ordered a signature sandwich. Wow! Not only did it look prefect, it tasted delicious.
