Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

Horrible customer service. This is my local McDonald?s and everyone I know that stays in this area agrees the customer service is horrible. I waited in like for 15 mins in drive thru. I stated my order and the lady at the speaker stated she couldn?t hear me give her a second. The menus then go black and its now the breakfast menu so I ask to see if anyone is there finally someone responds and it?s a different voice. So I repeat my order from 15-20 mins ago and she said they are no longer serving breakfast. Why not say that when I initially ordered a Big Mac that you were changing shifts and wouldn?t be serving that but to have me wait and say you can?t hear me is ridiculous. Then when I get to the window the supervisor who claims she isn?t all though her shirt was different took pictures of my license plate on the camera before she approached the window to apologize. The so I asked her her name she?s taking pictures she refused and said she was calling the police. All while recording me on her personal phone in one hand and McDonald?s phone in the other. She then spoke in Spanish to the other coworkers about me. I recorded the incident as she took pictures of my car. Is this what McDonald?s is allowing their employees to act.

bro i asked for some sauce and they only gave me one packet. and i asked for sweet tea and i can?t even describe to you what they gave me. it was like a BLAND mixture of lemonade and tea. i asked for sweet tea and there was nothing sweet about it. food tho ig. i?d rate a 0/5 stars if i could. L mcdonalds!

It is a standard McDs, however, if you use Curbside Pickup for app orders, check your bag before you go. The male manager was handed over to me twice and I was shortened twice. I will say that their sundae/cone machine usually works large, no crystals in the soft serve!

Always check that everything you ordered is in your pocket. I'm going here a lot and I'd say 4 out of 5 times you order from here, something missing or wrong burgers is in the bag. Maybe only my luck, but I'm going here a lot and know what to expect.

I had to get in line 3 times, Only thing semi right fries but very salty which was unfortunate cause they were fried to perfect crispiness. Wrong tea, pd. Xtra for whole slice of cheese still got half, with xtra tarter not what I wantd.
