Mcdonald's - Reservar uma mesa

I live in front of location, a few roads away, and 2 years ago, I'm happy saying that this makkasso was great, but since, I have no idea why, they have seriously fallen apart to the point where I am really surprised that they are still a functioning business. the daytime does not make any difference, 10 o'clock or 10 o'clock, full or not another customer, the service is best pathetic. on my mother's life, the last three times I've tried to go here, we've been tediously turned out of the car, never the only ones that do that.

Was missing a cheese burger in my order so I took it back and had a female manager rudely take our food without saying a word. I get to the next window and receive the food to see they forgot the cheese burger AGAIN. I asked for the manager and was told she was too busy. We got home to only realise the crispy chicken burger was made with a spicy patty. The fact that I have to drive back a third time because the managers and staff are all over the place is ridiculous. Won’t be coming back here!

the waiting period was very long, had to reorder the food as it was cold when I finally got it. the personal was extremely slow and the kitchen hygiene must be at place and place. wear gloves, mask them or don't talk about eating. put on more efficient employees or train them already busy. this is in agreement with this business.

Never fails to impress me at how HORRIBLE this maccas is! Missing items, missing utensils, whether it’s drive thru, Uber eats or eating in, 4 times we have visited and 4/4 times they disappointed. Hire some people with common sense

there were 10 pickles on my daughter big mac. the picture shows 9, was surprised when she pulled out the tenth. that was not a coincidence.
