this mcdonalds is very good, seems to run well. but! I'm gonna be all right now, at 23 o'clock, the work's going on at midnight. went to go to a shake with my mcdonalds app deal 'buy one shake get a free,' the nice woman manning the pa told me, she could not do shakes or mcflurrys. let's be honest here, they didn't want to make me one, because they probably cleaned it in the anticipation of being closed. I understand. I had already activated my deal on the app, so I could not activate any other deal $6 combo meal in the antidote to $11 regular price. the app lets them wait 15 minutes until they can activate another deal. I was just so upset, I had just broken a double layer and I got a shake for my mother who lives with me because I support her. ah! I almost asked: “Can I talk to her manager!” like a complete man Karen shower, but I didn’t go there. Perhaps the staff should wait until the last minute to clean the gloomy machines so that people like me who can enslave away all day at work can get what we want. I would have offered a tip of $5 for a few shakes. then the person who cleanses it can put a little extra teig lol. I would definitely recommend these mcdonalds. everyone is so nice, and it's good to eat. but this whole experience has turned me off the wrong one. yes, as I said, admitted. I'm a total kar now.
the worst service of all time. I waited for more than 45 minutes while driving through. I am on the track and was skipped twice by the child who commanded it. When I had to be that window, I asked him why they were so slow and he said they were short. I told him he didn't skip me twice and he apologized, but I don't think he was really interested. When I came to the pick-up window, there was a lady who had a drink and her hands stretched on her hair. a terrible service. I will not go back there.
Ok I get that this is just McDonald's, but wow! I am very impressed! First their ice cream machine wasn't working and now I'm not even mad! 1030 pm and they are fast, efficient, and I have not had a good cheeseburger line this one in so long! They actually listened to my custom order and were so polite and actually wearing masks the proper way as well. Awesome job, ladies!!
This is the most jerkiest place ever that brown girl in the second window gave us dirty looks and had the worst attitude. Gave us wrong orders and practically THREW our food at us. You need too work on your staff. Never coming her again fix your rude ass costumers. I do not recommend coming here go too a different McDonald's these little teenagers need too fix them selfs.
