It 's an alright place. I 've been to their old location a couple times before they built their new building and opened last year. Truthfully, I liked it better at their old place but I understand it 's likely that they used government money to build themselves a new place to shed off their dive image. But the new building is decent too. It 's like everything is in one room, except the bathrooms and gambling rooms. They also have a small outdoor patio in front. 90s on 9 was blasting inside. Food was alright, like I said it had been awhile since I was at McDill 's (before the pandemic and thought I 'd visit them again. Of course as expected, prices went up like everywhere else. I had the Black and Bleu Burger and fries, along with $1 wings. Burger was huge and filling, and had lots of blue cheese on it (which I prefer! . Fries were so-so. They were served on fancy plates. Was not blown away by the wings, as they were just average. I get it that chicken wings have gone up in price all over, but I felt the $1 was a ripoff for what I got. Sorry, just thought they were going to be huge! I 'd probably return if I were with a friend or group. Seems like a laid-back place with a full bar, and I wish them well on their new chapter.

Beautiful new building that is clean, spacious and welcoming. I can't comment on food because we're not too excited about bar food. Until they decide to offer a real Irish food, I suggest that they take the misleading Irish Pub sign over the front facade. Irish Stew?, no. Bangers and Mash?, no. Potato soup or beef and cabbage? Forget it. But they have some tacos, wings, roasted ravioli and hamburgers, you know the same stuff you can get at 100 different places within a 10 miles radius. Too bad, I think something else would thrive in Collinsville. Overall but a beautiful place to relax and drink. We will definitely return, but will not be forced to visit for everything on the menu. The menu is shown below.

Eating decent, but for the price it is not worth, and service is quite slow. The same price we paid tonight for ordering wings and ordering mushrooms with two drinks, I can get a steak house and much more and much better. We were there about two weeks ago and were told they had a new drink on Hahn. Came back today and it's gone. Or at least based on the menu it is gone. Server had no idea. You should stay to be a fun bar and not try to be a restaurant.

The burgers are so freaking good! I love the mac and cheese bites. But come for the wings, get Pat's wings and you'll be happy. The new building is terrific and the staff, so friendly and engaging. The waitress, Trinity was joking with us and refilled our drinks a bunch. She was awesome. I love McDills, best restaurant in Collinsville!
