So everytime, I come here, there is always a problem-a new policy, a new procedure, something that causes me to do more work. I will not be back. I am just outdone with the lack of listening skills that people who work here have. It is like ridiculous. My order is never correct. I call, they write it down, then when I come, they don't have the credit. I said don't put this on my sandwich. I made it clear, I am allergic, what's on my sandwich, what I asked NOT TO BE. What do I do, I call and tell them, they don't answer. I call and call the next day, they finally answer and promise, come on in and we remake it for you free of charge. I get there and they are like well I am sorry she didn't write it down. I am like, you are sorry, don't worry I will NOT be back. Why would I continue to come here and they don't listen, get my order wrong, promise you something and then say literally well its all new people. Why is that my problem? Oh yeah and the tumbler refills are only tea now. So even though, everywhere else, you can get whatever drink you want, here it is only tea. This place is a joke. Hopefully someone gets reprimanded for this. I heard people say the name Connor he was the one being so rude and unfair to other employees. Didn't even listen to us ordering. Made remarks under their breath. Blames others for their own actions. We have witnessed this mean and rude behavior other times as well. Let's see if the company takes care of their problem or not!!! Chris was very nice and helpful. He seemed to take care of all the customers as well as his staff. Had a line of customers, but made sure they were all served and happy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
