My husband and I went on a tour of the brewery (you book ahead on their website and were so glad we did! We love beer so it was super cool to see how it’s all made start to finish. I was very impressed with how sustainable they make their operation. George was a very engaging and knowledgeable tour guide and it ended with a tasting of 4 beers. (One lady on the tour didn’t drink so she was offered their ginger or root beer on tap which I thought was a nice gesture—helpful if someone in your party doesn’t drink for whatever reason! Afterward, we went to the restaurant where it was open seating. You scan the QR code and order on your phone. It was convenient and our drinks and food came out fast. A few people did stop by to make sure we were doing okay which was nice. We got a flight because how can you pick just one beer, a a mai tai, and some sort of POG and gin slushy. We also shared an order of huli huli chicken. Everything we had was absolutely delightful. Highly recommend!
