Paisano's Piazzaria

First time there. Place was pretty empty for a football sunday dinner. Food was ok, nothing I would go out of my way to get. I've worked in several kitchens and this is strictly my observation. Wings tasted like they were cooked in old oil. But the meat itself was cooked perfect. Pizza was a little salty for my preference. It was hard to tell if it was the sauce or cheese. I didn't have the cheesesteak, but I was told it was heavy on the salt and pepper. Take from this what you will. I will probably go back to give it another chance, but not for a while.

Really good pizza. Only thing I wish is that the crust would be not so hard chewy. Otherwise they gotta be the best tasting pizza. The people are super friendly. Price is decent. I've enjoyed their pizza since I moved here. I looked for a pizza similar to what I used to enjoy in NY. I tried numerous pizzas in the nearby area and think Paisano's comes closest to the pizzas from NY! The owner is a hard-working, nice guy. He takes pride in his business and loves making great pizzas!
