MARCELLO Ristorante

I remain on a sisyphean task to find a good, even a decent, pizza or pastrami in Paris. Alas, neither is to be found. I went to Marcello because it is close to home, not with high expectations. They came in below my minimum. The pizza was a soggy mess. I was able to lift the jambon from the pie and eat a little of the crust but the rest would have been better suited for a baby. I will continue my search but not again here. Once burned, twice a fool.

Comme une envie de changer de la sempiternelle brasserie Parisienne du 16ème, je me risque au coin de la rue chez cette enseigne à l'accent italien..Je me laisse tenter par une rafraichissante salade, iconique certes mais pas usurpatrice. Simplement: salade fraiche, mozzarella crémeuse, jambon tranché fin, melon sucré... aucune fausse note pour ce lunch très très agréable et rapide.

This is a wonderful place for true Italian in Paris. Very tasty food with a great atmosphere, family friendly, and the service was wonderful. It is very busy in the evening so I would recommend getting there early or be prepared to wait but it's so worth it.

The view is fascinating, especially in the night, if can have a table outside. The food is Italian even though some international contamination is present (with a good result!) Prices are not so high, especially if you consider where you are.

De la très bonne cuisine italienne, avec des produits de super qualité. Le cadre est superbe, et le service très attentionné. La recette parfaite poir un très bon moment passé entre amis !
