Mantovani - Reservar uma mesa

I've been going to the restaurant for over 15 years and every year it gets worse, but last Saturday was our worst experience, we arrived and placed our order through the virtual menu and the drinks only arrived after charging the waiter, we ordered a portion and it took a while more than half an hour and when it arrived we were so disappointed because the expensive portion wasn't even enough for one person to eat (absurd) as we were hungry we ordered two more pizzas which took another half hour one and forty minutes the second one, the glasses were dirty with a lipstick brand, it was a terrible experience, I don't know what happened to this restaurant that was always so good, I saw several people complaining so the problem was general. The food was good, but everything was very disorganized, we were sitting under the air conditioning next to the window and the air started to leak water and got everything wet, we told the waiter and they didn't do anything, they didn't come to give us any satisfaction and they didn't even clean the table.
