Signature menu very tasty and unusual, especially the celery and the short rib. Wines from the open menu are very good, you can save yourself the wine accompaniment. There is a huge lack of service, station waiters are overwhelmed and have little idea about working in a gourmet restaurant. Unfortunately there was no main course cutlery on the main slope, which was not set at the handle. For the small portions we only serve starter cutlery , but we ate the second starter with main course cutlery. When we took a short smoking break after the main course, our entire table was cleared away. So communication is a bit difficult obviously. As an apology, an espresso and wine were offered on the house, so far so good. The fact that there were three bottles of tartar in the carafe ruined the apology. The only answer was that they are just minerals and you can drink them. It 's a shame to offer such service when the food is so good. The two food runners I think trainees were very friendly and attentive.
