It deserves your visit, it’s a discovery to make at least once and more if you want to see your taste buds light up and all your other senses. For my part I had already come there five or six times, and never disappointed. From the entrance to your departure it will only be delight and voluptuous in their most subtle details. From your arrival, we open the door, security plan obliges, you cannot enter yourself. The entrance hall past you are offered to relieve you of your clothes if you wish? The visit to the restaurant is made in the wake where you can enjoy an excellent aperitif with or without alcohol that you have chosen from a list. From then on, you are already supported by a server alone or several, which will only serve your entire table until the end of your meal. After taking your menu into account, you are served very quickly in the wake of the servers related to your table. This with the smile and professionalism of a great gourmet restaurant, which is very pleasant. For my part I ordered a pintade with four kinds of potato accomodations, which was served me very well cooked, very tender, not really dry to the top of the taste with a sauce for potatoes in their different presentations, together served with white wine. The dessert, an alcohol-burning apple, but for the occasion the torch, despite the opinion of several people, was missed, seemed that the alcohol vapours that had to ignite had evaporated too quickly? Too bad. Let us remember for the occasion that we are in a hotel school and that everything can happen. But the taste of the apple was still present, and for the occasion the alcohol that impregnated it compensated the lack of torching. After a coffee, I left again, although conquered by the service, and food by promising to come back as soon as possible, because for a modest cost I felt like an important customer in a very good gourmet restaurant. The restaurant is closed on Monday, Saturday and Sunday. But no doubt I'll come back again and with pleasure.
