We were staying two nights in Cangas de Onis and ate here both nights. Not only was it the closest restaurant open late, but their menu had a variety of options. The truffle ravioli was AMAZING. We also ordered their cheese plate the first night, and although I wasn't a fan of the spicy and smelly cheeses, they did pair well with the wine that was recommended. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and attentive. We did our best to speak Spanish with them but they didn't mind speaking in English. I came with a group of 4. We all ordered different meals to split because we wanted a taste of everything. The cider was also very good, and a new experience for us.

The food was simple, tasty and well prepared. One of us ordered the 5 course Slow food option and the other an entree and main course. The pace of service was perfect, with neither of us ever sitting with an empty plate watching the other eat. Although the 5 course menu included a set desert, the wait staff offered a choice and two spoons so we could share. The staff were charming at all times. Small touches which make a restaurant memorable. Good wine list with wide range. We were happy to go again the following night, but thought we would give another restaurant a try, for something different.

This is a local restaurante with very good seafood all kind, the ambiance is great, the service, the location, drinks including good beer and tequila but the food marlin fish tacos, shrimps several styles, scallops, dorado, etc.. is the best

It 's one of the best places in town to dine or just have a drink on the terrace. Excellent food, it´s a sort of mixture of fresh local products and nouvelle cuisine . As I said, it 's a must.

Service was unfriendly and horrible. It took forever to order and the server seemed like he hated life. We had to go inside to pay. Far from certificate of excellence.
