Longhorn Steakhouse Griffin

The first thing I noticed when I sat down was the waiter's condescending and unprofessional tone. My order was then taken. The tea I ordered was disgustingly sweet and the bread was hard and cold. For the main course, I had a cold, undercooked steak and the most disgusting cold, dry, unseasoned corn I've ever had in my life. I ordered a salad, which looked fine, but instead of oil and vinegar as I normally get at other restaurants without even having to specify what kind of vinegar I want (other Longhorns included! I was given white vinegar. I've never heard of such an atrocity as giving someone WHITE VINEGAR to put on a salad. This was the worst meal I've ever had in my life, and it makes me never want to eat at Longhorn ever again, let alone this location. Still don't understand the reviews. Please never come here.

Had an excellent experience tonight. When we arrived, I could say they were very busy, but we were sitting pretty fast. Chaz our server was amazing. He cracked some tables at once. He was so attentive and thorough. Our food was fresh and delicious. A1 service in the whole area because they were among servants. The entire staff never missed a beat and were all real team players. The manager, Ashley was on site lacking support in any area. I guess they go beyond and beyond to customers even while they were overwhelmed. This speaks for me and management is invaluable in such cases as today. Job well done Longhorn (Griffin)

I, my friend and our daughter went to dinner tonight. The timing was not ideal for a “superhungr” 6 years old without patience, but the service food definitely made for it! Our server was awarded at her job, got no first name, but last name is Griffin. She was totally amazing, made sure that our drinks were checked for us every time she passed our table. I never had a terrible experience here, but today's service was definitely Top Notch! Thanks for MS. GRIFFEN

My husband and I were impressed with the food! These Brussel spikes are the best we have eaten so far! Everything was delicious and properly cooked!

Our food was cooked perfectly and in time. Delicious! Jasmine was our waitress. She was great. My glass was never empty and she always checked us.
