Given we admire chef Paco Pérez we were really looking forward to the 'Senses ' menu offered at this restaurant. Nothing coming out of the kitchen was hot, some ingredients still raw . The menu did nothing for our senses. particularly with three courses in succession in the shape of brown balls. We sent back the soup course which had it been hot might have cooked the raw prawns in the bowl but wasn 't and didn 't. The mushroom lasagna was a pasta free dish with solid gelatin sheets which did not melt in the mouth. Again cold. Not eaten. Bass main course, served with clams and tiny mussels should have been the highlight of the meal. Again cold the sauce tepid and shellfish raw. Two bites in not eaten. At this point we were totally disillusioned and hungry. We had waited from 8pm until 9.30 for our starter, the service was incredibly slow throughout. We asked at approximately 11 if we could have some cheese rather than dessert. A large plate of delicious local cheeses was served for which we were very grateful. We, having been in this restaurant and having been served almost every course that we couldn 't eat were hungry! Not only hungry, tired, fed up and totally disappointed. There was no 'management ' obviously available to whom we could complain. Having sent one dish back to be heated/cooked I would imagine that our table would have been flagged to ensure that our remaining dinner would be 100% correct. No. When each of the following courses were returned uneaten not one comment from any member of staff. Lazy menu, careless cooking, sporadic service. So many other places to eat in this area where someone actually deserves the business and our money. Avoid.
