Pizzeria Uno Löbau

Bestellt, drauf gefreut, erst wurde ich mehrfach unterbrochen, als ich erklären wollte, wo ich wohne, dann kam niemand vorbei. Habe dann versucht anzurufen, da war dann leider zu. Hatte zu dem Tag nichts Zuhause und bin dann fast hungrig ins Bett, wäre er nicht 1h zu spät gekommen und hätte für die lange Fahrt von 1km, mir eine Lieferung für 20km in Rechnung gestellt. Eine Pizza für 8€ und eine für 11€ mit 1€ Lieferkosten sind 20€ und nicht 23€. Werde nie wieder da bestellen. Man wird nur verarscht. Ordered, looking forward to it, first I was interrupted several times when I wanted to explain where I live, then nobody came by. I then tried to call, but unfortunately it was closed. I didn't have anything at home that day and then I went to bed almost hungry if he hadn't been 1 hour late and would have charged me a delivery for 20 km for the long journey of 1 km. A pizza for 8€ and one for 11€ with 1€ delivery costs are 20€ and not 23€. Will never order there again. You just get fooled.

The waitress could not give details of the ingredients of the salad to be ordered. Finally, 2 pizzas Hawai were ordered from the map, a children's pizza and a small pizza Hawai. We were not told that there are three different pizzas. The price that is in the card is actually the smallest of pizzas, but we only learned after paying by the bill. For the two pizzas Hawai were charged 3€ each, although this is not shown in the menu. A small pizza with a diameter of 24 cm for adults costs €2.50 more than for children (also 24 cm). On request from us at the extra price we were told that the service cannot know what pizza we want, but we as a guest must know that there are 3 different prices, although this is not indicated in the menu. We didn't get any money back. For us it looks very like a mash to cheat the guests. We've never seen anything like this before and we've already been in many restaurants. Never again. Pizza was delicious, prices totally okay. Unfortunately, the delivery time has spoiled our appetite. We ordered 6:00, on the phone it'll take about 1 hour. We waited a total of 2.5 hours. We called between two times, but there were only excuses. When the pizza was 20.30, there was not even an apology. Not recommended, bad service. Pizza was delicious, prices were okay. I can only recommend the pizzeria, to the restorative times I am very satisfied the portion are plentiful, look appealing and that goes also very quickly the specified time has been adhered to. The staff on the phone was very friendly and the drivers were very friendly. I have to mention praiseworthy yet since I have often experienced it badly with others... that the food was not paid on the ground but remained in the heat box until the end and also Dan did not stand on the ground I am very enthusiastic and can recommend it to 100%

Like the last few years, we were eating here with our sports club after the course to let the evening finish. The food has tasted well and the prices are still fine. The hustle and bustle with about 50 guests also got the workforce. However, I had to order my third drink several times until it finally arrived.
