On the evening of July, I decided to introduce the restaurant to guests. I had a bad idea. reservation for 4 people. the terrace was almost full, the inside almost empty. We're told to go inside and we'll be followed to settle. We wait in front of the bar, after a little while another person gives us the choice between 2 tables. we settle and wait again to order the aperitif. We're still waiting to get the aperitif. then we wait, for the cards, then for the dishes. 5 times during the evening we were told that we were not forgotten. about dishes, the foie gras always good to say. the poultry on the map was hard on the other hand, as to the crushed potato with the dish, it had been replaced by a potato in the dress of the fields, damage. So for a table of 4, with entrances and dishes, it was necessary to count two hours and thirty minutes. When the check comes, the boss says, "Sorry for the wait, we do our best." I also do my best to understand that when a restaurant is well filled, it can take a little time for the service, on the other hand, for the quality of the dishes, I think they must be well done. overall, disappointing rain. It is best to have a look at it that it is the right franquette, before going there, to know that it can be very slow and not have a level of requirement too high. with this state of mind and acceptance of time constraints, there is a way to spend a good time in this establishment, which may seem to be a victim of its success.
