Little Caesars Pizza

Very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be back to the Tillsonburg location until there is better staff who can cook properly .I literally watched the staff huff n puff as me and my son pulled up to go in an order pizza, then the girl who took our order kept huffing and puffing when I’d order something I literally ordered 3 things, then just making completely rude noises as well, then practically threw the debit machine at us to pay! We waited for our food to be finished the pizza was sloppy , the Italian cheese bread wasn’t cut nor cooked the cinnamon bread stuff we got also was not cooked…I feel like if people r this miserable with working with the public to the point they will not make the food properly they should not work in that type of environment !I’m not one to complain but that customer service was horrid! They definitely need better staff!

The people that work at this Little Caesars need to learn how to perform better customer service. They might be the sweetest of people outside of their work, but while at work they make little Caesars look bad. Mostly due to a lack of enthusiasm for the work they do, which makes me question the quality of the food I receive or simply whether or not I care to return.The first time I visited it it was closed when it said it was supposed to be open which is very disappointing since I come from a bit further out. The second time I had to wait for what was a supposedly hot and ready service and there was only one person there before me. A Little disappointing.

I didnt get the sauce i paid for, the bread sticks did not look good, or taste good, then i got pepperoni puffs instead of cheese. Then i got into my cinnamon bites and they didnt cut them at all, burnt it, could smell the burn outside of the box. And didnt do a good job with icing. Really not inpressed with this almost paying $30 for 3 things and everything turned out bad.

The staff was very friendly and the service was fast, but our hot and ready pizza was extremely dry, and the crazy bread had very little garlic/parm butter on them and they very dry and bland.
