Lewis Barbecue - Reservar uma mesa

We have read that the lines here can be quite long, so in an attempt to beat the lunch break, my friends and I went shortly after the opening at 11:15 on Monday. There were already a few people eating there, and after we had set ourselves to eat, the line already started form and it wasn't even lunch. You order at the counter, get a table and someone will come, put a few papers on your table and clean for you when you? I'm done. You can order as much or as little as you want as they go after weight. I really liked this because we all wanted to try a little of everything, so we literally got only 3 slices of brisket, two ribs, the Texas hot intestinal sausage, green chili corn pudding and some crowned greens. The meat comes with the sides of the pimples and well-kept onions. My darling was the bride. It was so tender. The pickles also really help to cut some of the smokiness. I wasn't a big fan of pudding, but I think it was more a texture for me. There are three types of sauces that you can also help yourself and I think I remember that the green is my favorite. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good grill in Charleston!

Great mood! Great food. The certified BBQ judge in me found enormous meat, phenomenal smoke taste, very unique sauces, and wonderful sides. It's a must if you're in Charleston. Oh, brisket queso is amazing. The three meat sandwich amazing. Sauce variety is unique and unbelievable, including a Green Chile BBQ sauce that has the perfect unique sauce I ever had. They cut their briskets for even foreseeable cooking and use the trimmed brisket to make links in their fresh ground sausage, which will also be smoked for perfection! After my meal I asked for a Pit Tour, and the wonderful General Manager brought us back to their very unique and extremely impressive smokehouse and showed me how they can move so much perfectly smoked food in a day, and keep a perfectly consistent food quality. Their employees, training and techniques are very unique and they know how to operate a very customer- and consumer-oriented company.

FINALLY, I have found fantastic brisket!!! Lewis BBQ not only does brisket well, they do EVERYTHING well. The pork--awesome. The sausage--amazing. The sides--so good. There is a lot of seating, but most of it being outside. Parking is limited. Staff efficient but not necessarily overly friendly, but that didn't deter from a great overall experience. Probably the best BBQ I've ever had. We were in town for a week and ate at Lewis BBQ twice. Definitely recommend. We went on a Friday at around 4pm before the dinner rush. It was a great time to go.

Wow, if you're looking for BBQ near downtown Charleston, not further than Lewis BBQ. Texas style BBQ, hands down some of the best bbq I?ve had. You order meat on the pound and sides are a flat rate. I wanted to try everything to get Brisket, pulled pork and a Cheddar Luke chiliwurst. For pages I have Mac cheese and potato frits. I had days left. Everything was delicious from this world. I'll be back to Lewis.

Fun atmosphere and fantastic food a total winner for a first timer to Lewis Barbecue! The service was straight and they explained everything very well. The food was absolutely delicious and we are planning another visit soon. If you like barbecue, I would recommend stopping and trying all offers. The bride and pulled pig were?! All right!
