L'estampilles - Reservar uma mesa

My review is based on only 3 parts: food, rooms and regis. Remember quality, not quantity. The food was impeccable. Nothing like I ever cost in my life. I was in many restaurants in Quebec and elsewhere, but, “La Bouche Des Goute” was amazing. The food was well dimensioned, not like the other Quebec meals. Yes, the prices are a bit steep, but you get the best of the best. I had the bread with cheese as an appetizer, the duck for the main, and the custard with ice cream for dessert. Nothing like that, I cried honestly because I never tasted anything better and I'm so sad that I went so early if I were you, I would stay forever. My mother had the lamb and that was great. The portion was huge. It was on a wooden board with extra vegetables. The atmosphere was very romantic, and let me not start with breakfast. FABULOUS. I had ham with a real maple syrup, porridges, eggs and some bread with some jam. Typically, I don't eat breakfast, but I loved this meal. So fill. Next, the room. It was spacious. Very clean, I have a river view and it was stunning. Even the bathroom had a river view, I almost kept the blinds open, it was so beautiful. The best was so comfortable. When I first saw it, I was skeptical, I thought: “How could this little cover keep me warm?” But my boy was wrong. I was so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of bed. After all, Regis was a fabulous, host, cook and whole man. His smile lights up a room and as soon as you get to know him, he's so funny and if you need anything, he'd be right there and host you as well as he can. He's honest, friendly and funny. All the best qualities for the best host. PS. Do not look at the bad reviews, they are not worth your time, All bad reviews are due to their mistakes, but, their mistakes reflect on its reviews? I think they have to be more significant. Take care of yourself. Regis leads the place completely alone (not the few cleaners and the 1-2 employees count) give him a chance and be patient.

Coups de cœur pour la crème de pommes de terre fumée accompagnée d’un vin de tomate ainsi que pour le veau à la croûte d’herbes et ses légumes cuits sur braises. Les desserts nous ont fait saliver, en particulier la crème catalane et la bombe Alaska. Le tout fut servi par la charmante Anne-Marie qui est à l’écoute des clients et qui se soucie du bien-être de ceux-ci. Bravo à toute l’équipe!

Je n’y suis pas restée mais je tiens à remercier vivement Anne Marie qui a été très accueillante avec ma demande spéciale : j’avais besoin d’un accès wifi et endroit calme pour faire un appel conférence et elle m’a accommodée avec grande gentillesse même si je n’étais pas cliente. Merci!

Avons mangé au restaurant La Bouche Des Goûts. Une très belle découverte dans Charlevoix! Nourriture délicieuse, des saveurs vraiment uniques. La serveuse était très sympathique et nous a bien servi. J'aurai espérer pouvoir tout commander sur le menu.
