a correct welcome. an elegant room but which would deserve a refreshment (cut wood, time-marked hanging). choice of "white card" menu in 5 services with point cooking prescription for meats. a cup of champagne, of which I don't know which one because it was not presented. Mini-Mini onion pie and fine tomato cherry/cold anchovies pie as in a campagnard buffet in the buddies. very good vichy velvety with truffle, without the taste of truffle: if not, some truffle oil guts would have awakened taste buds. a dorade net and bouillabaisse juice just in temperature, and in flavor. a veal rib with juice... whether or not cooked, despite a request supported by the order (we don't listen to the taste of the customer)!. vegetables and half potato very pleasant. a slice of Brillat-Savarin, but served with a grass salad more than just fraicher. this reported with the "cuites" ostensibly arranged in the plate for the return to the kitchen and a remark to the waitress did not provoke any reaction! a warm blown in the Grand-Marnier and its mandarin ice... excellent. classic mignardises (cannelé and fruit pasta). a basic wine-and-measure (a lot of languagedoc wine) and a note on dessert wine, too dry for blown. A half-dried vouvray would have been more appropriate. and once again the confirmation that this mode of service of wine is really a scam: at 78 € for 2 people, we have the choice in the card to benefit from 75cl of drink and not 5 small half glass! The bread is excellent, .3 baskets to 3...I pass the brown " Put..fait ch." which is raised from the kitchen at the end of service. 110 € per person. In short, the spectrum of the 1st michelin macaron is certainly wide, but there the account is not there.
