Les Pieds Dans L'eau

We come to Port Grimaud twice a year and up to know we liked the bar because of its good food and the gentle service. What happened today was different. One of the employees got my order wrong and delivered pizza that I didn 't order. As it was on the bill, that I didn 't check when paying, all of what I said was useless. She took the pizza with her not saying a word and came back with the manager who didn 't even try to make things right. No sorry, no nothing just take it or leave it . That 's not professional at all, that 's not friendly at all. But it seems like that they don 't have to care for satisfied customers because they paid before and the team doesn 't care about them coming back or not.

We come here every day spending between 100-200 euros Excellent location and vibe and staff However pls remind your staff not to be rude especially the young lady serving on an evening Even though she is French I know she speaks perfect English and to be rude to my wife is not acceptable when she is ok to speak to other nationalities in English My understanding is we are all one Look forward to your reply Or would you like us to take our money elsewhere for eg the canopy which the service was exemplary!!

It’s such a nice place at the beach, great vibe and looks amazing. What struck me is that everybody has to get drinks and food at the bar and therefor is standing way to close to each other. Why not have people order while they sit so everybody is at a safe distance instead of cramped at one place to order? It sure didn’t felt safe and that’s a shame since it’s a great place to have a drink or a bite to eat. Waiters waking around wore masks though.

This beach bar/ restaurant is amazing. The food, service and the view are hard to beat. Everything is cooked fresh and as good quality as some Michelin restaurants I have visited in the UK. Highly recommend the Gambas Pastis.

Nice beach bar with employees looking like children at the park playing instead of serving long queues of customers waiting. Very bad coffee cream made by one of them as well.
