Les Jardins du Moulin

After a year we were very happy to live again in the moulin and to dine in the evening in the "gardens of the mill". as at the first time, all our expectations were met and exceeded. the ambiente des restaurants is wonderful, the service attentive, friendly, humorous, knowledgeable and in every wise professional. the kitchen offers a limited but all the more delicious selection for all walks, as well as a menu with different choices. corresponding weeps can be recommended if necessary, the selection focuses on the future of Alsace, but various weeps from other French and few foreign cultivated areas are also offered. the final mirabelle has given us just as excellent abomination as any single food before.

during our stay in the beautiful "le moulin hotel" we had booked an evening meal in the restaurant "les jardins de moulin" (other pächter, corinne and arnaud zinck). in the opposite direction to the hotel we cannot recommend this restaurant. the price-performance ratio is not true, even if the interior is pretty. the restaurant terrace benefits from the beautiful view in the hotel garden. the menu for 69€ did not correspond to our expectations and a bottle of Alsatian pinot noir for 55€ is also too expensive.We will certainly come back to the hotel but without this restaurant visit.

we enjoyed a dreamy dinner here. we chose a 3-course menu and were still surprised with three more additions, which greets from the kitchen. pay a small intermediate dish and a small sweet surprise at the. a beautiful ambiente and an absolutely friendly service. reservation is recommended!

we are already staying at the hotel which is home with the restaurant in the same building.4 courses menu. with wine. lobster, fish and calf. super French white and red wines. wonderful ambiente. we eat gote in france.

As for the hotel, nothing has been said: quality and freshness are at your disposal, with a special care and a very relaxing setting. Not to be missed in the region!
