Les Flots Bleus

We arrived having booked several days earlier based on word of mouth and previous reviews. When We arrived we were shown to a table outside but it was in the main walk way and not a great table. We asked to be moved and we suggested another table which we were begrudgingly allowed to sit at- this wasn't a great start. However things improved from there as the service was quick and efficient and friendly. There is a choice of a la carte and set menus. All offer a good variety and choice. The wine list is fine and again offers a good breadth of prices. The final bill was fine and reasonable for the meal.My only other comment is if you like fine dining and a nice setting then this place will not disappoint. If you like more rustic French cuisine then this may not be for you.

during my stays in correze several times a year for more than 10 years I have lunch with friends at f b. we found a noticeable decrease in the quality of the products served, hidden by a beautiful highlight of them by the cook we are in a privileged region or the foie gras for example served in entry (32€) was all except the liver in the dordogne there are trouts, brochets, sandre seen shrimp that could replace advantageously dorade etc. I hope that my next visit I would be surprised

the decor is not enough, nor is the staff intern who wishes to include a reference in france. Indeed, the dish of the day of 18.08.2017 included eggs mimosas (a very large disproportionate plate for a trio of 3 eggs) and a place net in papillote frozen on several tables. It seemed to be a breakdown of the oven probe!, the next time we will find a better restaurant less decor but more attentive to the customers.

we order 3 gourmet menus with 3 champagne cups to start. We didn't have time to take advantage of the aperitif, because the entrances arrived as we had not finished. It's a shame because the kitchen is good and the setting on the edge of a pleasant dordun. The boss I made the remark was not moved more than that!
