Les Bories - Reservar uma mesa

My husband and I are travelling with our 3 children and a night out (and to find a babysitter) is a big deal - we really want to make the most of our 'leave pass'.We booked les Bories and my goodness! Having dined at several of the best restaurants in the world this place won. I'm sure the location had something to do with it but the entree and dessert are 2 two best meals I've ever eaten. The waiters were nothing but polite, atmosphere was lovely but the food itself was faultless.Very happy thank you

Had an excellent meal at Les Bories. The outdoor patio in Summer is a stylish & relaxing place to dine and has a magnificent view on the Gordes valley. We ate a la carte. The tuna with thyme was excellent. The cod the best I ever tasted. Other in our party had trout and pigeon, and those plates looked very attractive as well. The kids had a nice children's menu of tomato& mozzarella and chicken. Overall, everything we had was very flavourful, not at all heavy, with excellent ingredients.

Having had some disappointments in Michelin starred restaurants lately, I am glad to say that Les Bories wasn't among them. I enjoyed my evening there very much. Not only were the service and the ambiance very pleasant, but everything I ate was lovely to look at and delicious and very well prepared. It wasn't cheap. mind you, but for me the price was well worth the experience.

As you would expect from a restaurant of this class everything was perfect.The food was well constructed with great combination of flavours and the 6 courses well structured.Service and ambience were also perfect.But at the prices charged you would expect nothing less than that

Michelin star restaurant did not disappoint. We have moved away from eating the super fancy food often associated with these restaurants, but this was a delight. Inventive and delicious from start to finish in understated elegant location
