Les Aiguilles De Bavella

We were hiking and returned from 'trou de la bombe '. There is this restaurant and another one 150 meters down. We were late lunchtime and were lucky to find a place on the side terrace, in the natural shade. Nice seating. I had a salade nicoise. Great, large quantity, fresh ingredients, served friendly. Right what you need after a couple of hours hiking.

The view of this place is amazing. However, it has a tourist trap, the credit card. We had to buy unwanted items because we did not meet the minimum fee of credit card that is not written anywhere. Definitely not nice

Not many other options at Col de Bavella. We just got in for a cup of coffee, but seemed to disturb the staff that were supposed to serve us. Staff smoking inside. Good coffee, reasonable prices.

We were looking forward for a nice break with good food after a long walk only to discover that food is less than average and staff is as rude as it gets. Fantastic view though....

We had salad di bavella and entrecôte. Both were really well prepared and tasty. The view is amazing. I recommend this place. 25€/person)
