L'Epicurien - Reservar uma mesa

It pains me to write this review as I run a pub next to a B & B that attracts visitors from Europe and always go out of my way to make them feel welcome and that is why this i hard. I was staying a few miles away and made a reservation for dinner while in Tignes skiing with my family. She is British, I am Barbadian living in the UK and our little girl of 6 is a mixture of the two. The food was tasty but the service was blatantly lacking at our table as all the other guests received excellent service while we were shunted and ignored. We tried to converse in French but even that didn't matter. I would avoid this place if you are not French which is a shame as they should be more welcoming to visitors.

This restaurant is unpretentious from the outside but what a delight inside. The staff were very friendly and there were plenty of locals eating (always a good sign). There is an extensive pizza menu that are also available as take aways. They looked...delicious but we chose the entrecôte steak with locally picked cep mushrooms. Cooked perfectly and delicious. The tarte tatin that followed was sublime, likewise the homemade ice cream that accompanied it. It is also noteworthy that there is plenty of parking available.

I give only one start only because this a pizzeria is not a restaurant _!The food are not good at all , one of my guest was suck all night, the fiid

Enjoyed two pizzas (chorizo quatre saisons) here. Service is friendly and efficient. Food tastes good. Prices are good. Large parking in front.
