Le Windy - Reservar uma mesa

Upon a recent visit to le Windy booked through Tripadvisor we were thoroughly disappointed. It was a special occasion for my sisters birthday and we had anticipated good things. Food took far too long to come and when it did it was very disappointing, Out of a group of 8 of us only two people enjoyed anything they received which was a goats cheese salad and stuffed sea bass. The cod tasted like it was frozen, the moules were chewy and the bavette was inedible.One server was fantastic and she was really the only reason we didn't all walk away from the meal. The other server was terrible. We had to get our own menus, knifes and forks from other tables, glasses and pick up our drinks order from the bar as it was sitting waiting in the heat. His colleague was visibly embarrassed by his attitude to work and apologised several times.I would not recommend it in anyway.

We had a reasonable lunch here. We had moules frites and salad Catalane. The food was OK, but the service was very disorganised, as if they were new to the business even though this was mid August! The table next to us had to remind their server what they were waiting for! Unlike other reviewers, I found the mussels just fine.It is good enough for a light simple lunch, but if you want something special, there are many better restaurants in the port.

Seated at 8.05pm with two children (9 & 4). Finally got to order at about 8.30 and eventually walked out at 9.15 without having had so much as a glass of water. Staff were rude & a couple of them seemed close to coming to blows with each other. Without doubt the worst restaurant experience I've had in argeles - and I've been coming here for over 20 years! Avoid!

Yes it was quite windy when we sat here to enjoy a lunchtime break.However we were made to feel very welcome and the service was good. We initially though the prices were a little high for what we had, but later found out that they were similar all around the port.

Super impressed with the menu and the food!_The only reason this isn't a four star is because of the prices.
