We stayed in a hotel just across the street from this place. It is a typical French brasserie that specializes in meat. There is a good variety on the menu. The waiter is friendly and speaks English. The burgers are great quality, nothing like the fast food ones. There is a variety in steak tartar with different preparations. I think they grind the meat in a machine in stead of cutting it by hand, which makes it a bit pasty. But it was tasteful. One of my children had a chorizo sausage. It was one of the best we ever tried and we eat them at many occasions. My other kid had the children's menu and was also tasty.I don't understand why softdrinks and coffee and tea are so ridiculous expensive in Paris (softdrinks €4,50, cappuccino €5).Why do you pay €3,80 for a martini Bianco and €4,50 for a simple glass of breakfast tea??Anyway, it is a really nice place. Not the nicest of interiors. But really good food and a nice atmosphere. I recommend you give it a try.
