back to this establishment after almost two years, we found it as we had left it: excellent! I keep it a table worthy of a starred restaurant. The dishes are very tasteful, and especially delicious. We recommend the magret, the caille terrine with the pistachian liver, and dessert the soufflé with the apple and calvados (especially light, and the very enthusiastic aromas). Professional service
