Le Taj - Reservar uma mesa

My family really enjoy Indian food, being in the South of France it seemed a little strange to be going to and Indian restaurant. It was well worth a visit. We hadn't made a reservation so were shown to a table inside, which was lovely. Although a little slow to take our order the food arrived quickly and was delicious. RIch sauces and tender chicken and big bowls of rice. I like a spicy curry and the Vindaloo didn't disappoint with a hot but not overpowering kick. If you fancy a change from French food give it a go.

We always try to find an Indian Restaurant when we are on holiday, and The Taj was the only one listed in Menton.Half a soggy papad each was just the start. Onion Barji was quite good but downhill from there on. My wife had Aubergine curry which came as a dark green mush which looked and tasted exactly like my Prawn Curry sauce. One of the worst Indian restaurants we have visited. 6 Euros for small bottle of Kingfisher. Nan Bread both small and insubstantial.

Since this restaurant opened, the quality of food and service has been constantly at a very good level. If you consider the price, it becomes even more convenient and good. Probably the owners presence and management are the reason why....Clean, tasty, healthy, not scenic and noisy inside when full of people. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Probable the best Indian I have ever eaten in. Not slow, 17 minutes from order to presentation for a complex dish. During which we nibbled popadoms with their sweet, fiery and minty chutneys. And the cheapest rose wine was simply wonderful. We are going again ...

we have been coming to Menton for 4 years, we always have 2 or 3 meals at La Taj from the naan bread to the curries the food is good we wish they had a
