Le Surcouf La Trinité Sur Mer

We came to eat late August and loved the address. The kitchen is full of flavors and generous and impeccable service: we have had a good evening and we will come back! On the menu we have tasted a home foie gras, the return trip lotte (excellent, we loved the generosity of the dish, spices and vegetables) and the excellent line bar as well. Since then, we have worked with Chief Pierre-Yves Lorgeoux on a private event with catererer: nickel in the barley and in the plate.

Excellent catering meal for a day at sea! Original dishes, succulent, incredible and magnified products (black lobster velvety). When professionalism and talent are combined, the result is fantastic!

Very nice discovery, the restaurant le Surcouf had prepared a cocktail for my 40th anniversary, composed of verrins and shuttles, it was exquisite! Thank you.
