Had lunch here, with friends and we were all very impressed by the quality of the dishes. The produce was fresh and the flavour of the spices was subtle. The owner/chef is happy to make dishes to the individual taste from very hot to light. There are dishes to suit everyone, from carnivores to vegetariarians. The restaurant is light and immaculate and the owner and his wife are very welcoming and we all highly rated Le Shalimar The only drawback, for us, is that we live just a little bit too far away to make this a reqular haunt

Lunch with 5 freinds today exceeded expectations (again). Excellent value for money from a skilled chef who also takes the time to share his passion for what he does. If you don't like spicy he adapts... If you like very spicy he adapts... If you are vegetarian he adapts... If you need guidance he guides... I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough!
