Le Sarment - Reservar uma mesa

After many good experiences at the old Gilg restaurant, we would try the new Le Sarment. But we were very dissapointed; The meat and sauce were almost cold and not good looking, French fries were not at all as before, but they were full of brown marks, that should have been removed and not interessting at all. Everything needed salt and herbs.... The wines a few degrees to warm. The Creme Brulé were almost hard as rubber and no vanilla to see, it seemed old. Another dessert bad too!! A borring experience not to recommend and we were sorry, as prices compared to this, are too high. The childrens chicken maincourse was very dry.

superb restaurant. a pleasant and professional welcome. a beautiful terrace. a beautiful typical and historic restaurant room. a small card but of very good quality. Bonn cuisine with good products. to be recommended without reservation. We will come back with great pleasure. our little companions with four legs are very well received.

The young brothers at Le Sarment are aiming high and really want to make your experience special in every respect. Every dish was delicious but especially the desserts. A pleasant change from the regional classics. Refined and beautifully presented but still with local produce. Great wine list with many wines from the local village.

it is an authentic inn-restaurant in a small village of the Alsatian vineyard. The diner's snails were tasty. beautiful family team efficient in kitchen and in the dining room!

had prepared the bark with cheese sauce and the duck breast, good quality, very tasty. friendly service, good recommendations.
