We are welcomed in a beautiful establishment, without ostentatious decoration, in bright shades then installed at a nice round table for two, it is very pleasant to be closer than to face. The staff is professional but with sometimes approximations from the youngest and the sommelier who will acquire a wine proposal from us that does not become very fair, which it will suit a posteriori. Too bad we had chosen a menu "the calf and the Santiago". And it will be a delight from the beginning to the end, sometimes surprising: its tartare net and coral cream or more classically: shoulder in blanquette, the mousseline shell (a little fade) light curry cream. The plates are precise and the tastes balanced. The bread (three varieties) is tasty. The vanilla apple sorbet accompanying the chocolate palet - orelys foam (from valrhona slightly liquorated) was to fall! The wine book is provided, provides a wide choice, including wines from home (valley of the rag) to glass, or to the bottle. Michel chabran came twice to make sure everything was going well, we enjoyed it. The meal has been the height of our expectations, we just find that, as very often in this type of restaurant, wines and champagne are too expensive. A culinary stopover we highly recommend.
