Booked a table at 8:30. Well located in the former blaye s' fortress overhanging the Gironde river. Good vibes, calm and very relaxing atmosphere.Food : ingredients look quite fresh and well prepared on the overall. Cuisine appears pretty well mastered therefore some points need to be fixed. Typically french Cuisine.Had the tartare salmon to start followed by the beef tartare as main. Salmon tartare, tasty and flavourful. Portion is generous. However the seeds underneath are breaking the softness of the dish.Beef tartare is well presented and yummy. The good thing is it was served with the garnish aside. It means that you can make your tartare with your own touch. My dad had the foie gras that wasn't as soft as expected and got the RIB eye medium rare instead of blue as he ordered. However, My gf and my mom didn't get any issue on their food order.Service : Service was a bit confused in term of organisation. Out of the 2 waitress out there, only one was allowing to take the food order and had obviously made the service a bit slow.We ordered 2 apéritives to start with and had to ordered them again. However, except that we cannot blame the fact that there were pretty busy and they give their very best to provide a top notch and top level service.
