Le Pré Serroux - Reservar uma mesa

When we visited Le Pre Serroux, we were counting on a big wow (especially that this restaurant was a Michelin recommendation). The place is very nice, in a garden, we got 2 amuse bouche (although the waitress didn't know what it is and just started to laugh). Then we got a carpaccio - not the best that I ate in my life (too much vinegar/lemon), from the main dish - trout looked very sad and the best thing from this dish was risotto, probably with mushrooms. For the dessert - the waitress again forgot what they serve and needed to ask the chef, but I need to admit that the chocolate fondant was the best dish from all 3.
