We had lunch here on our final day in Beziers. I wish we had found this restaurant earlier as we would like to have had an evening meal here. My husband had veal stuffed with mozzarella and gnocchi and said it was the best meal he had on holiday. I had frozen gazpacho on a stick (very unique) and tasted lovely. Service was friendly but slow (but from the overall experience from our holiday I think service generally in the area is much slower than in the UK). It was slightly expensive for lunch (although we were happy to pay this for the quality of the food) but I think it would have been good value for money for an evening meal.

the card is very short because the products are fresh but we find our account, and I would even say we discover tasty mixtures. the chef sometimes drops on the essays (one at a time), always is it that I have tried in the entry "Lamb crispy with oriental scents and apricot chutney", in main course "the duck needles with the fish of the country and its clafoutis of vegetables of the cold sun served" at last dessert I did not hesitate to try the originality of bread good appetite

a good restaurant, very nicely located and very relaxed. this is the first problem - you have to bring time. time. the second problem - the cook is enormously ambitious, but does not always understand its craft perfectly. so was the appetizer, cold pickled salmon with mangoeis, interesting, the fish in the main course but fried too long and therefore fad and dry.

excellent reception and meals very fine and delicate address to remember, to recommend and to taste in a very pleasant setting of the old beziers
