If you are looking for an authentic Colombian coffee experience and a healthy vegetarian / vegan meal for lunch, do not look further than this little jewel in Salento, a few minutes walk from the main square. A beautiful and colorful environment. I enjoyed my espresso and Buddha bowl. The staff was super friendly and attentive and could handle my vegan requests in English. The Buddha bowl was also huge!

We paid 48,000 cops for two Buddha bowls and were disappointed by the portion size and ingredients- crushed carrots, red cabbage, chickpeas, bead barley, a few green beans and a tiny piece of Guac. The majority of the plate was raw and it was not very satisfying, especially for the price.

We had a vegetarian lunch with a quiche, salad, and soup. Great flavors and lots of vegetables. Happy to not have a meal of rice and beans.

The only vegan option is an Avo Toast. Nothing else, what a pitty. Because the stuff is friendly and the place is quiet nice.
