I love to come here in the morning to have breakfast. The prices of the quality of the value very well and the pastries are very excellent. I tested a lot more and she's one of Colmar's best. Bakery and snaking too. Bread, sandwiches or hot dishes are really good. I recommend The other bakery of the same sign are all also

If you are in Colmar you should defiantly try it. They have lovely pancakes and tempting chocolates but make sure you have time because service is quite slow.
