we had already eaten in this restaurant, for the frying, which was very good; This time, having 3 frog enthusiasts, we returned there, frogs (cream) being part of the 3 flagship dishes, with couscous and frying. But what a disappointment! When we saw the dish coming, we thought there was a mistake; dish with lots of sauce, pink, with small moons in leafy, sprinkled with parsley, where chives. We'd have said a dish of quenelles sauce. Let's wait to taste. It looked like everything, except frogs!The frogs were coated with a layer of flour, and not at all grilled, bathing in an insipid sauce. we will see the boss discreetly, explaining to him that his frogs do not suit us, and that there must have been a problem, cause defrosting, (especially as we waited long enough before being served). but for him, it was as usual!!! another guest had taken couscous, which was good. Nothing has been proposed to us, in replacement. and at the time of the addition (after 3 guests took dessert, and the coffee, ) no commercial gesture (officiated cash, excuses.) the note was identical, as if we had lunched well. We will not go back there!Will the friture, and the couscous remain the specialty, but above all not the frogs; so we paid too much for what we ate, only 3 frogs were taken from the dish!

Since I was in front of this restaurant we dared to go home because the outside didn't make me frankly craving. Well, we should have forsaken. I ate a house cuckoo that's probably not one! The vegetables are either frozen or in a box! I find this scandalous for a dish that is 17 euros on the map! address to avoid

the restaurant is located faubourg de besançon, all ready of saint suzanne. There's only Wednesday that's closed! their speciality is mainly frying. the rest, the meats, for example, are as good. Managers are very nice.

I eat there regularly. c is simple and very nice. I am a fan of their top quality meats and they have a very attractive wine card compared to restaurants of the same range of the sector.
