Le Cocon - Reservar uma mesa

Hi everyone,I usually don't give my opinion, but this time, I really want to share my bad experience with everyone.I have been to the Golden Tulip Hotel for few days for business.I have been disappointed about everything.It made me feel like I wasn't really welcome, The staff was polite but when I needed something, I felt like I was bothering them.In the restaurant,well the cantine! Who has an open kitchen, You can hear the chef screaming on his staff regularly, and I also the horrible feeling that the manager of the restaurant is continuously screaming on the staff so impossible to relax a bit as it's so busy and noisy.On top of it, I found it expensive for what it is.To avoid

We had lunch here during a buy weekday in November. The expectations were set high after seeing the prices and setting! The wines per glass and the service were indeed matching the expectations, but unfortunately the food didn’t impress! My starter with crab and scallops smelled very weird and I almost had the impression it was not really fresh. My steak was not tender at all, but the sauce was great so it helped a bit to chew it away. All-in all I would not go back and probably decide to try another restaurant this area has to offer.

I stayed here for two nights on business, and had dinner with colleagues on a Friday night. Be aware that the menu is restricted on the weekends - only 3-4 starters, 3-4 entrees and 3-4 dessert choices - plus the hours that the restaurant is open are also shortened. However, the quality of the food was excellent! Our waiter was a bit inexperienced so the maitre'D stepped in to help, and he was outstanding. For a hotel restaurant not in a major city, this was a very nice place and I would return.

Our office is situated just a few minutes walk away from the restaurant and we often choose the Cocon for linguistic lunches with our clients.As regular customers, we are very impressed with the high level of service and professionalism maintained each time.They offer very good quality food and vary the menu according to what the seasons offer.The terrasse is particularly nice during the summer months!
