Le Cheiron - Reservar uma mesa

The late, great Michael Winner visited Le Cheiron a few years ago so it was inevitable that I would eventually turn up here. We arrived by bicycle, ready for replenishment, although not for a full lunch. Marguerite and Patrick were delightfully welcoming and not at all put out by our request for a simple sandwich, before continuing our ride.We promised to return and 48 hours later we were back with friends to do justice to Patrick's cuisine. Le Cheiron is a popular spot, busy at lunchtime, sadly we have not been able to visit for dinner. Patrick's pasta is highly recommended, his pizzas look wonderful too. Marguerite is a delightful and charming hostess. Gréolieres is a lovely village perched above a steep valley, an easy drive from the coast and a strenuous ride from anywhere!

We were out driving through the region enjoying the wild lavender and just dropped in to this beautiful village. We ordered the Menu du jour and it was superb!! Madam and her staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was exceptional. Wonderful location and atmosphere. We were even treated to an amazing electric storm mid- lunch whereby we were whipped into the interior dining area to avoid a drenching. All good humored and still very professional. A wonderful restaurant in a wonderful location.

Excellent family lunch on Valentine's Day. Quality and such tasty home cooked food.I had frog legs in persil and garlic sauce which was fantastic, my husband enjoyed deer stewed in red wine sauce and served with fresh pasta. Kids' wood oven pizza was good too and only 8 euros !The owner was lovely and was one of the two serving staff, good and rapid service.Very good value for money. Great atmosphere as well sitting next to a fireplace.

One of my favorite restaurants for simple food made well and with love. Patrick and Margeurite are simply the best hosts. Even opening especially for me on my birthday. We love you both!

I loved this restaurantThe woman that owns it is so friendlyYou can't see inside so it's a leap of faith when the cafe is not open outside.
